We are looking for thoughtful, dependable students who recently completed investment banking recruiting and earned an internship or full-time position. Strong tutors can explain difficult concepts clearly, give direct and constructive feedback, and help candidates prepare without making promises about recruiting outcomes.
Tutors should be comfortable supporting candidates with résumés, networking, behavioral interviews, technical preparation, or recruiting strategy. Above all, they should be professional, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping other students.
